Introduction Pepsi Inc. is an American based multinational company that focuses on food, beverage, as well as snacks. The company’s headquarters are located in New York, United States. Notably, Pepsi Inc. was incorporated in the year 1965 as a merger between Pepsi -Cola Company and the Frito-Lay Company. Pepsi is one of the largest beverage and food companies in the world. The company focuses on widening its business in both Europe and other parts of the world through introduction of subsidiaries to serve the needs of the immediate clients. The company has recorded tremendous growth since inception having recorded and negotiated a number of acquisitions in Europe.
